Getting started is the begginning phase when you make money by selling doTERRA products to clients and start receiving commissions for enrolling new doTERRA members who also enroll new members who purchase products for their personal use and/or for selling to other clients.
Residual earnings are caluclated as a percentage from the monthly turnover generated by people enrolled by you and by people enrolled by you aso. 7 levels in depth. Specific requirements have to be accomplished in order to be entitled to get comissions form the 7th level in depth.
Leadership pools are designed for leaders who create large organisations of people who use doTERRA products, sell this products and enroll new members who do the same. These commissions are calculated fairly and are directly proportional to the contribution to the company's total sales.
